I haven’t had this problem in UE 5.0.0 and 5.0.1; however, after 5.0.2 when creating a new project, the translucent materials are not visible in my imported meshes, they are only visible in the EU default meshes.
What can I do to get translucent materials to work on my imported meshes? Any suggestion?
The uvs are correct. When I apply a translucent material they look like the checkered material (by default of UE5). However, there is an imported mesh that did apply the material correctly, but all my meshes come from the same FBX file. (In red the UE5 meshes)
In a project created with version 5.0.1 the same meshes work with transparent materials correctly. I’ve tried migrating the meshes and material from this old project and it still doesn’t work on new projects I create.
