Translucent material not casting Dynamic Masked Shadows.

For some reason the “Cast Dynamic Shadows as Masked” feature is NOT WORKING ANYMORE!!!
It always worked fine before. Any ideas?
This is what caused me to nearly destroy my entire project last week. I tried fixing the issue and ended up screwing up everything. Now, after a week of trying to get everything back, I have the same problem again, even though I thought it was fixed!
