I’m trying to apply an “x-ray” material on a home appliance product to see through the exterior material. But for some reason when I apply the material, it’ll show me gray checkerboard material on it. As a test when I applied it on a different mesh, the material worked fine. Is there an option where I need to adjust how the mesh accepts translucent material?

A few questions:
- Does any other material work on your mesh? I think we can assume so because it should be the same as the washer/dryer to the left right?
- Does your non-working mesh (the washer/dryer) have nanite enabled? Nanite does not currently have compatibility with translucent materials.
