Transitioning between levels breaks player controller?

I’ve run into a weird issue. When i change level my pawn no longer receives click events. It only receives the first click event (Button Press)
But Button Release works just fine…

If i restart the level the click events work fine. Any solution how to fix this?

I have a few questions for you to help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.

Quick questions:

  1. Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project
  2. If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
  3. Could you provide screen shots of any blueprints that may be involved with this issue?


I can not reproduce this issue in a clean project, but some developers i talked to they told me they had similar issue, but they don’t remember how they fixed it.

Basically what i am doing is start a level then, i change back to the main menu and open a new level with a different controller that has a different pawn, the mouse button won’t receive any mouse pressed events. But release works.

None of those pressed events get fired on the screen shoot.
