Transition from Map to Map

Hi i’m trying to work out how to do this.

I’m making a Car Game, Large Map. I want a long straight but it takes the whole map.
Is it possible to go to another map (scene) with minimal transition time?
E.G. Reach point A go to continuation of new map, point B.

Most likely it will be a loading time that is noticable. Have you tried using world partition?

TY i think that is what i wanted just the naming threw me off.
