I would like to make some “transformers” animation, having multiple parts on a character moving some others changing size.
With bones animations this would become too much complicated to handle i think.
Is there a way to animate multiple pieces on top of a model using simple translations, rotations and scaling ?
I don’t own Maya and use Blender instead, but it’s same method using bones to translate and rotate pieces of the model.
I’ll will have to forget scaling as this is not driven by bones.
