This is really basic but I can’t find the answer. When I create a plane what unit of measurement is the transform option using, is this meters?
The default scale is CM for locations. The scale option refers to the relative scale of the object. So a 2m cube at scale 0.5 would be one m in size.

I would say 1.0 scale is 1m. Just load the FPS_BP and drag in a cube without touching it and you’ll see it’s a metre wide, metre high. Even create a custom texture that displays 1cm on the cube and you’ll see it doesn’t look right. Then place a cube at 0,0,0 and another at 1,0,0 and see of it’s cm or m.
I too had some confusion with measurements. I think I understand them now.
I think scale is scale*100. So cm.
