Transform bugs in Unreal 5.3

Got the following bugs when I’m trying to do some placement in the level. Is it a known issue for Unreal 5.3?
Just transitioned from 5.2 to this version

That’s wild, are the arrows in your widget turning gray or is that just a compression artifact? That’s just the default cube from the Add → Shapes dropdown right?

That’s happening for all static meshes? Also with other actors? (for example, if you move the ‘Player Start’ around in the default open world level you still see problems?)

Is there any weirdness with scaling or rotating?

The only thing I can think of to try is ‘Verifying’ engine content. (You can do this in engine version dropdown in the launcher)

The grey arrows are the compression artifact. And yeah, that is just the default cube.

I notice this issue while I was working on my level, and tried to replicate it with a very basic scene. The same case goes for scaling and rotating.

Let me try to verify the engine content and see if it persist, thank you

Is this a completely empty and fresh project?

It is a fresh project

If you’re getting this from a completely empty and new/fresh project, I would reinstall 5.3 and see what happens.

But before doing that, I would create another new project and see what happens.
