Transferring character animation from MEXAMO to UE4 skeleton

I made an animation with the characters from MIXAMO in Cascadeur, but when trying to convert, the mixamo converter gave an error


after that, I tried to import a character model that had already passed through the converter, and turned into a model with a skeleton for UE, but the program did not do it correctly, which made it turn out something like this



After that, I tried to retarget the animation from a model that has not yet been converted to one that has already been converted, and I succeeded, but at the same time, when launching this model, the character fell under the floor, so also certain aspects of the game broke.
