My team mate is missing the ability to transfer her projects to other teams or to create a project on the team she newly created. the “Transfer to another team” is missing from the elipses drop down. When we reached out to player support they told us to go here, though it sounds like an issue that goes beyond what forum-goers can help with. Already searched here and found a post from months ago that went unresolved. Regardless, I’m posting here as instructed, so if anyone can help or can point me towards where I can find some official moderation help, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance
The “Transfer project to another team” and all other team related island settings are missing from her drop down menu and all other areas of the site, and when creating a new team, the “Transfer existing projects to this team” drop down appears empty.
