I’ve been waiting for approval on the publisher portal at step 4 “Trader verification” for three days. I have attached a company ID document but haven’t received a response yet (see attachment).
How can I unblock this step to start migrating my assets to Fab?
HI @Arpa6bapu - rest assured, your models will not be deleted unless you decide to delete them. When the Sketchfab Store closes, your models will remain viewable on Sketchfab, they just will no longer be available for purchase there.
