Trader Verification process stuck

I’ve been trying to register for over a week, and I’m having issues at the first stage. I tried different browsers, incognito modes, and other options, but none of it works for me. Perhaps my account is somehow incompatible, but I can’t be sure (I’m just using the same one I had before). I don’t know what exactly is causing this, but there’s clearly a problem that isn’t resolved by simply switching browsers or using incognito mode. The only thing I haven’t tried is creating a completely new account, but I don’t want to do that because I’ll lose my library, and managing multiple accounts is inconvenient. So, I’m asking for attention to this issue, and if there’s anything I can do on my end to help, please let me know
