Trader Verification process stuck

Summary

I received a confirmation email that my verification was positive but the registration process gets stuck on STEP 4 Trader Verification. I get an error like this: An error occurred while trying to process the response from server. Please retry later or contact an admin for help.
I tried to go through the process from Chrome and from Edge browser - the same result. Seems, like it might be on the server side.

What type of bug are you experiencing?

Steps to Reproduce

Start onboarding a new seller on Fab,
Get a positive verification e-mail.
Go to Fab to complete the registration process - step 4 gets stuck.

Expected Result

Iā€™d like to go to the next steps to fill the Tax Setup and Payout to be able to publish my assets for sale.

Observed Result

Step 4 gets stuck with an error message:
An error occurred while trying to process the response from server. Please retry later or contact an admin for help.

I am also facing the same problems:

Itā€™s nice not to feel like Iā€™m the only one with this problem, but it would be nicer if it were quickly resolved. :slight_smile:

Same issue. Cannot get trough the ā€œAgreementā€ part

Same problem here, Step 1. I can only assume the bandwidth of their ā€˜serverā€™ is saturated? Its early days but so typical of Epic. In a month or so someone might figure out there is some obscure browser extension that is bugging their systemā€¦ like uninstall ā€˜What the Fā€™ and all will be fine!

Iā€™ve been trying to register for the past week, changed browsers and maschines and still no luck, any solutions?

Same here, blocked on tax setup!

Hi everyone. Weā€™re investigating this - in the meantime, it seems like a workaround is to reset your browser cookies or use an incognito window.

Iā€™ve been trying to register for over a week, and Iā€™m having issues at the first stage. I tried different browsers, incognito modes, and other options, but none of it works for me. Perhaps my account is somehow incompatible, but I canā€™t be sure (Iā€™m just using the same one I had before). I donā€™t know what exactly is causing this, but thereā€™s clearly a problem that isnā€™t resolved by simply switching browsers or using incognito mode. The only thing I havenā€™t tried is creating a completely new account, but I donā€™t want to do that because Iā€™ll lose my library, and managing multiple accounts is inconvenient. So, Iā€™m asking for attention to this issue, and if thereā€™s anything I can do on my end to help, please let me know
