Trader Verification Error - unable to complete

Summary

I am a publisher based in Nigeria . When I attempt to complete trader verification in Publisher Settings, I receive a “Verification Error” message saying to contact support. Please help me resolve this manually.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Publisher Settings
  2. Click Trader Info tab
  3. Attempt to complete trader verification
  4. Verification Error appears

Trader Verification should complete

Observed Result

Verification Error message appears saying to contact support
