I went through something similar. I finally got mine approved by providing the CP575 Notice from the IRS. You get it when you register for an EIN. I hope you get this resolved.

I was able to get some more info on verifications in your country, and have sent you an email with a list of approved documents.

thanks for your mail an your answer here. I checked also the link. I provided the documents from Amtsgericht Hamburg (district court Hamburg), but this document got declined. Iam relativley sure that “Bezirksamt Pankow von Berlin” is not responsible for my company. But the “Amtsgericht Hamburg” is responsible for my company.
Again, i provided the documents of “Amtsgericht Hamburg”, i provided the documents of the Notary that i renamed and moved my company, i provided the documents of the german “commercial register”, but my verfication process still got declined. Also iam only able to upload one document, so i merged all documents i had into one big one and this also got declined. Is it maybe possible to get into a skype/discord call?
I have all information that is required sended out multiple times, but i got no information why it got declined. This is all iam asking about right now, why i get always declined?

thank you for your answer. Iam not sure what CP575, IRS and EIN is. I never heared about that before. Which country you are from? I never saw this so far on other stores, where i registered my company.
It seems like this is due to an address change that is not reflected on the main verification document. I have your case and I will continue working with you directly from there to help you find a resolution

Same here, I have sent certificates, bank statements etc. I don’t know what else to do. Very frustrated with FAB. VERY!
Same here, send many docs, id card, tax payment document, bank stuff,… all rejected…
Hey Tyler, i wrote you allready that i can’t go through the registration progress. I get the following message: “Sorry, your seller profile has been discontinued, Please contact https://support.fab.com with any questions or concerns.”
Also it seems others have also problems with FAB verfication.
In the last message I see from you, you were waiting for the document to use for verification. I just reset your profile, so you should be able to continue now.

To be honest, slowly i get frustrated. I try everything i can, but i still get rejected and rejected. On Sketchfab, Steam and other Stores i had never problems. Why so on FAB?

i rechecked the verfication process again and i saw now whats “missing”. It was not possible to valiade the Postal Code and the Region? The postal code is definitely inside the document and the region of Hamburg is called Hamburg. It a city state. We have 3 of those in germany. Berlin, Hamburg and Bremen. There is nothing else i can do. Can you please talk to the verfication company, that they please verfiy my account finally?
