Hi there, I am trying here as not getting a reply in onboarding or the 4 private tickets I have submitted. Can someone please get back to me? it’s 3 Months in and still not had Trader self-identification verified for my organisation Evil Twin Artworks. I paid the $100 for the game to go on the store but now I am stuck as I cannot submit the store page as it won’t until the Trader information has been verified. Can someone please get back to me, even if it is to say there is a delay. At least I’d know it was processing. All the tax information etc went through fine instantly. Could someone please feedback?
