I can’t registrate trader profile. I have ukrainian IDs, international one and local one with my address. I can’t make a picture of the local passport using your form, only international one with no address, after that I get the mistake “Traders need to provide an ID with a visible proof of address. Please click on the “Reverify” button to submit a new piece of ID with an address or contact our support.” When I send photo of the local one with my address to support@artstation.com NOONE ANSWER. Is it okay?
