Trader Info Email Already Used?

I’m a long time Marketplace (and recent Fab) seller who would like to distribute a game on the Epic games store.

On the organization page, I’m told “You must complete trader verification before you can submit your product for review.”

On the trader verification page, I receive the following error: “This email address is already associated with a verified trader”

Could it be that the Marketplace and/or Fab trader info conflicts with the epic games store trader info?

Is there a way to consolidate so that my existing trader verification is recognized by the epic games store?

Thank you for reaching out! I’m happy to help clear up the confusion. The Epic Games Store’s trader verification is independent of the verification process on our other sites, such as FAB or the UE Marketplace. Unfortunately, this does require the use of a 2nd email address for the verification process. We understand that this isn’t preferred, however, we do not have an alternate solution at this time. We do strive to improve the experiences here with Epic and will be taking your feedback into consideration. We apologize for the inconvenience.
