Trader address verification: upload link opens an empty page, support loop resets submission

Summary

Address verification has been rejected by Fab/Trolley, and the secondary upload flow is unusable. The “upload your address document” link in the verification email opens a page that contains no upload control — no form, no file input, nothing to interact with. I have no way to actually submit the proof-of-address document being requested.
Contacting Fab Support does not unblock this: every reply is the same automated message that points back to the same broken upload page, and opening a support case appears to reset the submission state rather than escalate the underlying bug. This has left my account in an indefinite loop with no path forward.

Steps to Reproduce

Complete Fab trader signup and submit ID for primary verification.
Receive email stating address verification was unsuccessful, with a link to upload a proof-of-address document.
Click the link while logged into Fab.
Observe the resulting page renders with no document upload control, no form fields, and no submit button.
Repeat in different browsers and in incognito mode — same blank page each time.
Contact Fab Support; receive automated reply that re-sends the same instructions and link, and clears any pending submission state.

Expected Result

The link from the address verification email should open a working upload page where I can attach a proof-of-address document (utility bill, bank/credit card statement, or government-issued tax document) and submit it for review by Trolley.

Observed Result

Page loads with no upload control whatsoever — nothing to attach a file to and nothing to submit. Trader Info in Publisher Settings continues to show address as unverified. Support responses are automated, do not engage with the reported bug, and appear to reset my submission state, preventing any progress.

Additional Notes

This is a UI defect on the verification upload page — not a new verification request. Please do not reset my application or restart my verification flow. I am reporting that the form itself does not render, which prevents me from submitting documents I am ready and able to provide.
Already tried: incognito/private window, all extensions disabled, three different browsers, clearing site data, signing out and back into Fab before opening the link. The page is empty in every case.
Account context: UK-based sole trader, Italian passport holder (passport has no address, which is presumably why primary address verification failed and secondary verification was triggered). I have a current UK bank statement, HMRC tax year overview, and recent utility bill all ready to upload as soon as the form works or an alternative submission channel is offered.
