No upload button in Trader info. How upload address verification file?
Hi! I can’t show because I already sent it, but there is a gray box with an edit bottom it’s right side, click on edit then save. After that a new yellow box will appear with upload bottom
Hey there I uploaded the document and the rejected it. Since 3 weeks I get mails from FAB to upload new documents, but the link in the mails does not work. (picture)
I wrote this 3 times to the FAB support and I always get the same copy paste answer with the same link that does not work.
Dear FAB team, please help. There are a lot of people with the same problem!!!
