I am seriously looking for a toilet and office chair unwrapped and ready for ue4. I have a couple models to trade. A glass shower enclosure and sliding barn door. Both unwrapped, have working blue prints, etc.
It’s not already unwrapped but it’s HQ and free. Just use a script like steamroller (max) to unwrap it quickly. Good luck!
