Tracking player movement in game

Hi all!

So for my dissertation I am comparing how well can navigation be improved through audio. I am comparing Steam Audio attenuation to standard in-built attenuation capabilities.

To get quantitative data, I was planing of comparing how does player route improve or change depending on what audio plugin is used.

Is there a way how I could get the engine to print out a 2d version from top view of the map of player movement vector?
