Tracker_Device limit or bug

I’m Currently working on a quest system for my map. i have 3 quests and they are all working great (with some tweaks) BUT since adding my 4th tracker_device it just dies. the first 3 quests still work fine but the 4th tracker bugs out and has wierd behaviour. like IsActive returns false even through my player can see it onscreen. GetTarget() return 0 even though it is set to 1000. and ive tried everything, deleting all trackers and starting again. setting the 4th tracker to assign on start. nothing seems to make it respond to anything, any help would be great
