According to UE-43213, this issue was supposed to be fixed in 4.17. I’m just posting to say that as of Preview 1, this issue still persists.

I tested this issue on our end in 4.17 preview 2 and was unable to reproduce two mouse events. I have a few questions for you that will help narrow down what issue it is that you are experiencing.
Quick questions:
- Can you reproduce this issue in a clean project?
- If so, could you provide a detailed list of steps to reproduce this issue on our end?
- Could you provide screen shots of any settings/blueprints/widget that may be involved with this issue?
