In the user panel I searched a bit but couldn’t find out how to view the total income of the current month. From all of my games combined. There is a CSV download button but CSVs are not that user friendly for summing numbers as far as I’ve seen.
It would be great to have a simple dashboard feature to view total monthly income from all games combined, instead of relying on CSV files.
Thank you for providing this feedback! Currently, there isn’t a direct way to view the total income for a current month for all of your games combined. The Analytics have the most current information, but are separated for each game. You’ll need to utilize the .csv files to gather and compile this data.
We’re always striving to make improvements where we can, so we appreciate you letting us know what you’d like to see in the future! Let us know if you have any additional questions!
That’s okay. If working with CSVs is the way, I can try that.
However, I am having some difficulties with them; they include multiple rows in each line, so I cannot list cell numbers in a row.
Is there a dedicated software to open them? I am using Google Sheets. Or is there a specific way to list the rows properly in there?
Hello,
Unfortunately, we do not have a dedicated software that we can recommend to open them. Google Sheets is what I typically use to view CSVs, so that’s what I would recommend.
Can you provide more details about the difficulties you’re experiencing? I want to help as much as I can!
The data is listed in a single cell along with other things and so I can’t order the amounts in a single column to get a sum.
Ah, I see! Thank you for providing that explanation!
At this time, I’m going to recommend reformatting the CSVs once exported to Google Sheets so you can add the sum. I realize I’m asking for you to do some manual work, but there isn’t a way to change how the CSVs are formatted at this time.
Would you be willing to tell me exactly where you’re downloading these CSVs? I’d like to test this and submit feedback so this is improved in the future. Thank you very much!
From the dashboard, I go to Store Reports, and from there I open Sales Reports. Then I click download on the right side.
Edit: I just found a CSV viewer website. The problem is solved.
