To disable lights, once you select a light object, in the Twinmotion Dock, you should see an option to turn the light on or off. You can also do this in the Scene Graph by selecting the Eye icon to hide the light object, as well as any other objects you do not want to be visible.
With Media Mode enabled when you are viewing media, such as specific images, you can hide objects only in the currently viewed media, which can allow you to make adjustments to your scene without making changes to your scene outside of media mode, and allow you to create media with different settings.
