Thank you for posting your question about rendering capabilities with Twinmotion. At this time Twinmoition can only use one GPU at a time to render thus you cannot use more than one video card or machines to render faster. There also isn't a way to push rendering to the cloud.
There are some online services that run Twinmotion on the cloud and then you can render there but the same rules applies. We currently also do not support virtual machines. https://irendering.net/twinmotion-cloud-rendering-service/
