Top down camera boundaries

I’m trying to create a camera system for my game with similar mechanics to this video Video, I have my main pawn setup with a springarm attached to the camera in character in a blueprint. Any ideas on how to achieve the camera stopping near the edges of the map but the character can still move? I’ve tried camera blocking volumes but it just forces the camera towards the ground not offsetting from the character. Thanks in advance.
