Tools for roubleshooting Movie Render Queue crashes?

My team has been encountering a number of Movie Render Queue crashes recently while working on a project, and so I am looking for recommendations for the best ways to gauge performance issues or how to troubleshoot what could be causing MRQ to crash, since working in the Editor is generally fine.

What’s strange in this instance is that I don’t see anything particularly draining, memory usage wise, that could cause the issue. Render tests fared much better a month ago at start of project with essentially the same assets, with a few changes. Some team members have very powerful systems that should fare just fine, yet we’re all experiencing crashes in some instances, regardless of hardware profiles.

I could list potential culprits, but I’m curious if I’m maybe missing any tools that specifically could help with MRQ render performance/crashing.

I will say that one team member feels that keyframing lighting changes (i.e. changing the rotation of a regular Directional Light) can cause crashes for them, but I’m a bit confused why that could be the case.
