Toolbar buttons takes minutes to respond

Everytime I click a toolbar button, for example the File button, the program freezes for about 3 minutes before opening. This happens everytime I click, in both versions 2022.2.3 and 2023.1, whether is a fresh scene or one loaded.

It's weird because this wasn't happening months ago when I worked with 2022.2.3. It started to happen when I downloaded 2023.1.

My specs:

Intel Core i7-7700K

GTX 1080

32 GB of RAM
