I’m trying to move the quixel megascans into my library (very time consuming), but I’ve hit a “too many requests” error and can’t access my library, or the quixel page anymore. Any idea what I can do? I imagine it’s a problem site side, but I just wanna flag it up and hopefully get back in again

Thanks Flak! I carried on trying to add them all to my library again today and was able to get quite a lot done, but I’ve been hit by the same error again. I guess there’s only so much you can do before the site thinks theres a problem? Or that I’m a bot or something?
I know it seems crazy, I just want to add the entire megascans to my library. I’m aiming to get it all moved over before the deadline at the end of the year
Yep. same here. We only have 2 months, could we have at least full access to database (i try to own things manually).
And it’s more than 20mn that I’m waiting to have access again. For now, I’m stuck, I can’t even access to my library anymore.
Just to be clear, as long as you have clicked the “Claim All” button, nothing changes at the end of the year. You do not need to add them individually to your library to maintain access to them. You can continue to download or add to your library from the individual product pages as needed, indefinitely, as you now have already claimed the license to all of them.
In the future, we also want to make improvements to the library so that you can find all the Quixel assets there without adding them one by one, but also without completely overwhelming the library (i.e. more sorting, filtering, and organization features in library).
