"Too many requests" error

Summary

I’m trying to move the quixel megascans into my library (very time consuming), but I’ve hit a “too many requests” error and can’t access my library, or the quixel page anymore. Any idea what I can do? I imagine it’s a problem site side, but I just wanna flag it up and hopefully get back in again

Steps to Reproduce

1- Click library
or
1- Try to access quixel megascans page

Expected Result

Being able to view the pages and continue adding the content to my library (why can’t we just click one button to move it all in one go??)

Observed Result

Shows error “too many requests”

We’re looking to relax this over time as this was set up for launch. You should get naturally unblocked within a few minutes.

Thanks Flak! I carried on trying to add them all to my library again today and was able to get quite a lot done, but I’ve been hit by the same error again. I guess there’s only so much you can do before the site thinks theres a problem? Or that I’m a bot or something?

I know it seems crazy, I just want to add the entire megascans to my library. I’m aiming to get it all moved over before the deadline at the end of the year

Yep. same here. We only have 2 months, could we have at least full access to database (i try to own things manually).
And it’s more than 20mn that I’m waiting to have access again. For now, I’m stuck, I can’t even access to my library anymore.
