I don’t want to be a pest, but I need to know. Are we getting paid today, as promised, for the remaining revenue owed from December and all of January’s earnings?

The payout tab is updated for the earning balance just now.
You should see 0.12*december earning +0.88*january earning total.

I see that the 12% payout for December has been sent and appears in my payment history, but there is no payout for January. According to your email, it was supposed to be included in the same deposit.
Could you clarify when we can expect the remaining funds? Are there any delays or additional updates regarding this?
