TObjectPtr Tool says 0 upgrades found even though log has found raw pointers to change. Also is there a way to exclude paths using the TObjectPointer Tool?

TObjectPtr Tool says 0 upgrades found even though log has found raw pointers to change, any solution ideas.
Also is there a way to exclude paths using the TObjectPointer Tool? I have some external plugins that I don’t want to change the pointers of.
