I was retargeting mixamo character to humanoid rig for using it animation for mannequin but what should i do with these ik bones? should i target it to none or should i target it to some specific bones? what should i do if i want to use these ik bones?

You can probably set these to none since all your animations should be baked to the character anyway. When importing, it wont necessarily matter if your rig is IK or FK.
