Thank you for posting in the community regarding what would run Twinmotion better. Typically you should evaluate how you plan on working if you need a laptop or not as this has a big impact on cost and performance. Laptops do not last as long as desktop and cannot be upgraded as easily or at all depending on the hardware.

The most important hardware for Twinmotion is the Video card (GPU) with the amount of VRAM it has for Path Tracer, than the RAM, then the Processor. You should also compare benchmarks with the links provided in the system requirements article. Please note there are a Desktop and Notebook version of many video cards and the A5000 has a different benchmark based on the hardware.
At the moment Windows 11 is not yet supported but will be in the upcoming release. However many users are already using it and not experiencing any issues.
