Do you need a support a creator code to use the TMNT islands

A Support-A-Creator (Media Creator) is not needed to use the TMNT Islands HOWEVER you will need to have an Island Creator Code to be able to accept the IP Partner Licensing Agreement to get a Island Creator code you will need to follow the steps here

I am new to the creative program. Do you know if it is possible to use the TMNT character/skin for your player? Thanks for your help!

You Can’t make a players skin to be one of the TMNT skins, you can only spawn them as NPC’s and/or Character Devices
