TM start icon can't be pined to startbar

  1. The TM 2025.1.1 start icon is on the desktop but can’t be pinned to the taskbar. Any way to do that? It’s a shortcut not to an exe, but a link.
  2. With slow internet connection, there’s a wait of minutes while a lot downloads(?) every time, before TM launches. Any way TM can launch quickly as if offline, even if some functions have to be downloaded when needed?
