I created a sketchup file and uploaded it to Twinmotion. I had a lot of success editing the original SKUP file and uploading the file and then all of a sudden, TM freezes every time I try to refresh the original file. I tried pulling the editted objects into a separate file, and importing that. But I get the same result. Using TM 2021.1.4 and SKUP 2021 and 2022.

How are you importing your SketchUp models into Twinmotion? Are you using our legacy DirectLink plugin, our Datasmith for SketchUp plugin, or are you importing the model directly without a plugin?
If you're using the legacy DirectLink plugin, please try using the Datasmith plugin, which has replaced the old plugin and offers bug fixes and improved functionality, or to try importing the model without a plugin to see if that allows you to upload the file.
Additionally, we recommend trying Twinmotion 2022.1.2 or Twinmotion 2022.2 Preview 1 to see if this helps, as there have been a large number of bug fixes in these versions that may resolve this issue, as well as increased optimizations and improved stability.
