Tips needed on blending animation clip that loops but jerks from end back to beginning

Uploaded GIF highlights my issue. I have an idle pistol aiming animation. If my character stands in the idle aim animation for the duration of the clip, it snaps back to the beginning of the clip and causes a very unattractive snapping.

My question is - with an animation clip that loops like this - what are some recommendations to having it blend or not snap from end to beginning in such a jarring manner?
