tips for beginner on simulator type games

ok so i have a game id like to try and make possible in my free time, i have all the pre development stages done, at least the ones i can tackle with my skill level, i havent started on anything as of yet. my strong suit is 3d atr,i can make any model i need, optimize textures, etc. but i cant grasp c++ and the kismet is a learning curve for me.

all i need some advice on is how difficult it would be to get some simulator type mechanics into a game only in kismet, if possible.
(example, a health system on an object that removes certain textures or additional meshes when the health gets reduce, like cleaning a surface full of clumps of dirt, and as you wash it, the clumps dissapear, and creating a grading system with a checklist of objectives to complete.

any tips and advice would be fantastic.
