I know its more easy to make on matinee, but matinee dosent fit on that part of the project, so I need help to think in a way to make a timeline object move in arc.

You can right-click the keys and turn on interpolation, if you want to create a smooth arc rather than a bunch of manually-set keys. Beyond that, it seems like you know what you’re doing. What is it that you’re stuck on?
You can right click the keys and set key interpolation to auto. will give you smooth curves. you can then manipulate the handles to effect the curve if needed.
Directions, in that timeline the object goes to upward left and get back to same position
