If you name a curve in timeline node to same name as an execution pin, it does not do a check and will allow you to name same thing. This causes a funny behavior that allows you to rename, for example the “Stop” execution pin to something like “Stahp it”.
Thanks for report! I was able to duplicate this behavior in 4.6.1 as well as our internal build. It seems that compiling after final step will crash editor as well. I have entered a bug report for developers (UE-7501) and I will let you know when I see an update on it. Thanks again!
Just wanted to let you know that this has been fixed internally, and fix should appear in a future release of engine (likely 4.9). With fix, it is no longer possible to name a track in a Timeline same as native pins. Thanks!
