I am not sure if this is the right place for this post.
I manage a couple businesses and we are looking to automate our time tracking. We have been investigating automatic time trackers to improve accuracy. These automatic trackers do an amazing job identifying all website and desktop app activity except for Unreal Engine, UEFN and Twinmotion. We have been trying different different applicationa and found Clockify and Timely to be the best for our needs. Their trackers will pick up all activity on pretty much all applications we have tested except yours. The first application we tested was Timely where we first discovered this issue. The only thing their app picks up is that your app is being used but nothing about the project/element being worked on. Considering most of our staff in one of the companies I manage is using UEFN, that makes it a critical issue for us. Disappointed we moved on to Clockify thinking it was a problem with Timely’s engineering. Well it turns out Clockify has the same issue. I am not sure how either of their trackers work but in both cases they are not able to read that critical information even though we can see it on screen.
Is there something that you know of that would be blocking their app from reading the information needed? If so is there something that can be done to change that so it becomes readable. It would be great if you were able to connect with Timely’s engineers to get to the bottom of this issue. In the mean time we will try a couple of other automatic timers like Toggl and Memtime but I am guessing we will find the same issue.
