Time passes while moving

Hi I want to connect the movent of my charakter with the global sun state.
that means everytime my charakter moves, time passes and the sun rises/sinks.

ive used the top down template for this project and changed the controls to WASD

this is the day cycle so far as a level blueprint

i would also like to know is there is a possibility to let the sun go on even if the charakter is idle but slower
for example:
while moving 1m = 5min
while idle = 1s = 1min

im very new to UE4 btw ^^
