Tiled landscapes in multiplayer games

I’m a noob to unreal engine having not modded anything since the days of medal of honour and battlefield 1942, my question is this ive been reading up on different ways of making landscapes i need to make a voxel based landscape from a height map roughly 25km x 25km but from what ive read in various scattered posts it seems that theres a 5km limit on maps unless tiled and that the world moves round a player who stays at the 0,0,0 origin in which case if i want the game im making have multiplayer how will this effect things like lod if the map is centered around the player which player is the origin as such??
ive tried searching for a decent explanation on this but the stuff ive found is patchy at best so thought id throw open the question and hope for an answer i can understand :slight_smile:
