[TICKET MANAGEMENT] Add more types of resolution reason

When a ticket is closed with “cannot reproduce” it is not clear if the issue was addressed and can no longer be reproduced or the team is struggling to reproduce ( for example this issue with built-in/transformational emotes Built in emote not working in ufen or newer maps? )

I think it would be better if we had more resolution statuses like

“won’t fix” for low priority bugs and requests. It will help creators know when it is time to actively look for workarounds/ other solutions

“fixed - awaiting deployment” if the issue was addressed but the fix has not been rolled out yet, including issues that were found internally

“fixed” including issues that were found and fixed internally and already released

It would be cool if we could learn the ticket status for duplicates either via the link to the main ticket or by using the same status for all duplicates.
