long time user of Unreal and big fan of sketchfab. This integration is super confusing. The UI is overwhelmingly poor, Im having trouble finding assets in my Unreal Vault, the search function is pure chaos, this whole thing feels like a mess. I bet the devs at Epic are equally annoyed with the sales teams who orchestrated this fiasco. Am I alone in this? I want off the ride. I want our old toys back.

Same Boat. A real Nightmare. I’m lost as a Noob. Very frustating.

Now we are required to allocate time in our workflows for keeping up with licenses and what can and cannot be used. I agree it seems to be bunch of convoluted crap designed by the sales department totally ignorant of the workflow.

Hi everyone. Thanks for sharing your frustration - please feel free to share specific pain points and I can take them back to the team so that we can work on improving things.

We’re continuously working on fixing bugs, improving the user experience, and just generally trying to make Fab what creators need it to be to do their creative work easily and successfully.

Retire the SCROLLBAR - Having to infinite scroll products on Fab is the worst PAIN point ever!
If that’s not going to happen, then why not offer a secondary option to display separate pages?

Haven’t asked for anything before. For :christmas_tree: Christmas :christmas_tree: please give us separate PAGES / Page-Links back. Even the Forums lets users alter page-view. With Javascript off, page-links come back. This doesn’t work on FAB. Every page is dynamically loaded. Just the lag from that is painful work to navigate around. Its impossible to find anything. The Marketplace defaulted to separate PAGES and it worked fine. :wink:

Frustrations with FAB…the short list for now!!

  • No ability to add an item to a favorite or wish list for future purchase consideration. This is an ABSOLUTE MUST given the enormous amount of product that is now available. What was done with the marketplace worked well… Sometimes we need to compare a similar product and then choose which one to purchase…and that may take a bit of time (maybe weeks). Need to not have to constantly search for the same items when deciding to purchase

  • No sale section to review for possible purchasing. A lot of people look for deals…as this saves on creation costs (for those who need to rely on this based on budget)

  • Also, there are some really excellent content creators…these creators are now literally unknown now unless one already is aware of them. This again comes back to a favourite or wish list so we can keep track of what we like from certain creators. So a favourite content creator list will be extremely helpfull

  • since most don’t purchase everything they want in one sitting…please give us a way of keeping track of what we are looking for so we can come back to it later. Given that there is probably 4 or 5 times more content than before…Presently FAB is completely overwhelming…and I would dare to say counter productive compared to the marketplace. Please provide a personal section that shows what we have already searched for…this again relates to what was already said earlier
