Hello Fab Support,
I accidentally purchased the UEFN - Reference Only license for “Farm - Low Poly 3D Models Pack”, but I actually need the Personal license because I need the modifiable/source version for my project.
The UEFN Reference Only license only provides referenced content, while the Personal license is the correct one for my use case.
Could you please help me either upgrade the license by paying the price difference, or refund the UEFN Reference Only purchase so I can repurchase the Personal license?

Steps to Reproduce
- I opened the Fab listing for “Farm - Low Poly 3D Models Pack”.
- I accidentally selected and purchased the UEFN - Reference Only license.
- After the purchase, the product appeared in my Fab Library as owned.
- I later realized that I need the Personal license instead, because I need the modifiable/source version for my project.
- When I returned to the listing/library, I could not find a clear way to upgrade from UEFN Reference Only to Personal or pay only the price difference.
Expected Result
I expected to be able to upgrade the license from UEFN - Reference Only to Personal by paying the price difference, or to receive a refund for the wrong UEFN Reference Only purchase so I can repurchase the correct Personal license.
Observed Result
Fab website on GThe product is already marked as owned under the UEFN - Reference Only license, but I actually need the Personal license. I cannot find a clear option to upgrade the license or repurchase the correct Personal license.oogle Chrome desktop browser
