Third Part integration / External API

Third Party integration actually encourage interaction, experience, also serve as good hub of game developer of next generation. Like Roblox got several 10 Official Roblox Games Surprisingly Made By Actual Companies from screenrant website.

To gain more impression / user acquisition’s benefit in long term, with epic game store and unreal engine. (Unreal engine did had lot of advantage of becoming Mobile’s “Steam”. (In Desktop’s Game Store, Maybe outside china, korean and japan, even valve dont gain more than 50% of this 3 countries except CSGO which did well and contribute to valve 50% of success). So to be success on this 3 countries in mobile space, Epic had to act fast before regulation come in like korea abit protective toward Steam…Especially first mover are gaining a lot of advantage

Rome dont build in one day, Steam improvement of Steam Workshop, Steam Multiplayer etc, slowly adding the happiness toward the customer. You might need to able seperate process for UEFN than existing fortnite client (Because mod are hard to protect with malware/botnet), if eventually there is bigger integration plan / feature, that could bring more people in. (Like metaverse kind of plan, with able to hidden your identity / alter ego without trace)

I would love to see other games companies create their own metaverse island and bridge into uefn.

instead of being monopoly, Steam dont afraid people to play CS and Dota competitor…so unreal engine should having this mindset to success as enabler / third party integrator.

Actually my intent is i am hoping Black desert able to launch Shadow Arena as UEFN island or roblox’s third [arty game, to bridge “fragmented market of china/korea/japan” to bigger market (Maybe just equally size)

Some game that had consistent of slow progresion migration:

  • Pokemon Home with pokemon go, and next pokemon champion
  • Path of exile 1 to 2
  • Call of duty item migration
