They Deactivate my profile of FAB.com for no reason

I filled up my profile for FAB to sell my 3D model, but they send me this mail.

" Your Fab publishing profile has been deactivated because you did not complete your Tax and/or Payout profile. This profile deactivation will not impact other aspects of your Epic Games account, only your Fab publishing profile.
If you still wish to become a Publisher on Fab, please [contact Fab support]"

when I click contact Fab support,

just FAQ page, theres no contact, question I can’t fine single sentence about “deactivated profile”

and when I go to fab.com and publish, said My account had been deactivated

I filled up all information in first day!! why are they deactivated my account??!?!
